Loba Easy Prime is a waterbased sealer for hardwood floors which can be top coated with any of the Loba finishes. This sealer provides the floor with a protective base to block tannin pull and reduce the possibility of side bonding.
This product is meant to be used over interior raw hardwood flooring and is formulated to be rolled.
VOC: 171 (Max)  1Gal: 400 to 500 sq. ft.
